When Netflix and Chill Isn’t Enough: Fun Things to Do While Social Distancing
For months we’ve been trying to stay sane while social distancing and trying our best to entertain ourselves, family, and friends. How do you keep boredom from setting in? As New York continues to lift restrictions, and more places are opening, you may wonder how you can safely have fun while still practicing social distancing. Here are a few suggestions to help combat the boredom:
Hit the Beach
Have some fun in the sun! Many beaches are opening with space limitations, so if you are going to head to the beach be sure to know the rules of your destination before you leave your home.
Have a BBQ
If you can, get out your grill and have a BBQ with close family while safely social distancing.
Take a Walk
Get outside and get some fresh air! This is a good way to get some exercise, get your heart rate going, and shake off that boredom. Go to your local park and enjoy the scenery.
