Signing up is extra easy & is very important to ensure you receive your lab results. Just share your email address with us during your visit, which will activate your ModernMD patient portal account. If you’ve visited before and did not provide an email address, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance with enabling your account.

You may login to your personalized patient portal via :
  1. The link in your welcome email 
  2. The portal button above (and on our home page!)
  3. The Healow app, available for free download in the app store

Due to recent nationwide surges in COVID-19 activity, national laboratories are experiencing high volume. Please allow 5-7 days for diagnostic (e-swab) results & 3-5 for IgG antibody (blood test) results to be reviewed & posted to your portal account. If you are awaiting results for more than 7 days, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

For general lab studies, our lab partner will process and provide your results to us within 3-5 business days, which will then be reviewed by a ModernMD provider & published to your portal within 24 hours of receipt.

If you can’t locate your welcome email:
  1. Search your inbox for “ModernMD Urgent Care” or the subject line “Your New ModernMD Patient Portal Account is Active!”
  2. Check your junk box for the same subject line above
  3. Visit us online at ModernMDuc.com & click the portal button on our homepage to access your account. Complete steps to recover a username or password if needed
  4. Or download the Healow app, so you never need an access link again!

Your patient portal username may be your email address, but if you can’t recall it or have forgotten your password just click the “Trouble logging in” link on the portal home screen for account recovery help. If you are unable to recover your account, please email us at [email protected] for assistance!

If you attempted to log in with an incorrect username or password, your account may be temporarily “frozen”, to protect your private health information from prying eyes. To unlock your account, please email us at [email protected].

Please email us at [email protected] if you’d like to update the email address associated with your ModernMD patient portal account.

While we recommend you keep your patient portal active so you may access your prior records to share with your healthcare provider in the future, please email us at [email protected] with your name, date of birth, and the email address associated to your portal account to request that we disable it.

Absolutely! As an extension of our electronic medical records system, ModernMD’s patient portal is 100% HIPPA compliant and secured.

When bringing your child to ModernMD, please be sure to provide your email address and phone number during registration, even if you have used them to establish your own patient portal account. Our system will generate a unique username & password for your child, which you will receive notification of in a welcome email. Simply log in to your child’s account with the username and password provided to access their results & records!

If your labs are not visible in your patient portal account, this generally means they have not yet been received, reviewed & posted. Due to nationwide surges in COVID-19 infection, national laboratories are experiencing high volume. Please allow 5-7 days for the results of the diagnostic (e-swab) to be posted to your portal. Please allow 3-5 for IgG antibody testing results to be posted. If you are awaiting your posted results for more than 7 days, please contact us at [email protected]
