- Visit us online at ModernMDuc.com and click the portal button on our homepage to access your account and complete the steps to recover a username or password if needed
- Or download the Healow app, so you never need an access link again!
If your labs are not visible in your patient portal account, this generally means they have not yet been reviewed & posted. If you recently completed a lab study and are logging in for results, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of your visit for your lab results to be returned and reviewed by a ModernMD Provider before they are posted. If it has been at least 5 business days and you do not see your results posted, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.
