We are in this together!

As a city, country & global community, we are collectively experiencing a crisis we could have never imagined, quickly shifting from crowded commutes & packed calendars to a focus on flattening the curve through social distancing. Like you, we miss the old normal before COVID-19 hit here at home.

But while we all must get used to change these days, you can count on at least one constant – our unwavering commitment to caring for our patients, our communities & our team! Here’s how we’re working to support you during this challenging time:

Putting Safety First

Since its onset, the ModernMD team has taken the COVID-19 crisis very seriously, reinforcing our protocols, policies & procedures to ensure the safety of all patients and front-line team members.

All ModernMD team members across our network are wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are trained on how to appropriately care for patients with flu-like symptoms. Here, we are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC, WHO & Department of Health, isolating patients with COVID-19 symptoms, providing protective equipment to symptomatic patients and disinfecting all patient areas regularly.

Launching Video Visits

While all ModernMD locations will remain open 7 days a week, we totally get that you may be anxious or unsure about visiting us due to social distancing mandates. To help ease your worries, we’ve launched video visits, to make the ModernMD care you count on available from the comfort of your couch or cozy bed.

A video visit is an easy online treatment option for most common conditions. Simply schedule on ModernMDuc.com for whenever works best, share your basic information and we’ll handle the rest. We accept most insurances for video visits and offer budget-friendly $75 self-pay pricing. Visit us at modernmduc.com for more info!
